Parsvnath Privilege owners: Real talk on daily living?
Visited Parsvnath Privilege last weekend. As someone jo real estate mein hai, I'm confused. Everyone hypes 'completed project' but jab andar dekha toh, carpet area efficiency feels just okay, not great for the price. Super area vs carpet area games toh chalte hain, but yahan I expected better space use. Matlab, for a family, it feels a bit cramped. Is it genuinely good for daily living ya sirf paper pe? Jo log move in kar chuke hain, what's your actual possession experience? Change my mind about the space. Disagree? Tell me why.

Totally agree! I visited Parsvnath Privilege last year. The super area vs carpet area thing is a major red flag everywhere, but here it felt particularly bad. For ₹69L minimum, you expect decent space. My friend booked in Alpha I Greater Noida for a similar budget and got much better carpet area.
Exactly! Hum first-time buyers ke liye har sq ft matter karta hai. It's so frustrating when they play these games. My budget is tight, so I need every penny to count towards actual usable space.
