Parsvnath Privilege Phase 1 looks okay in brochures, but I'm always skeptical. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different; I need honest resident feedback. For ₹68.64L, is it actually good to live in daily? I'm looking at a 3BHK there and want to know beyond the marketing. How's the neighbourhood vibe? Are good schools and daily markets genuinely close, or is it a long drive for everything? Also, what's the noise like, and air quality issues around that area? Any surprises after moving in? Off the record, what should I really watch out for?

Yaar, Parsvnath ka naam sunte hi thodi ghabrahat hoti hai. Brochures toh sab acche dikhate hain, but inka track record kaisa hai? Especially Parsvnath Privilege Phase 1 mein hidden charges ya maintenance issues toh nahi aate baad mein? Budget tight hai, so har penny count karti hai.
U1, totally agree with your concern. RERA number UPRERAPRJ6060 toh hai, which is good, but kya woh guarantee karta hai ki builder delivery
