Also, completed project hai toh amenities kaise hain, useful hain ya bas show ke liye? Koi residents hain jo apna experience share kar sakein? What's the daily life like there?

Sahi keh rahe ho. My friend lives near Alpha II, Greater Noida, and he says the Parsvnath projects there had a lot of maintenance issues initially. For kids, you need good open spaces, not just a small park. And schools, yes, that's crucial. Nearby schools ka pata karna padega.

Amenities maine dekhi thi, they looked okay, but functional kitni hain, woh toh resident hi bata sakte hain. My concern is the price for an older project.
