Okay I'll be honest – I'm confused between Parsvnath Residency and Novel Homes. Novel Homes sasta hai, but ready to move? Parsvnath is more expensive. Carpet area in Novel Homes seems less. I'm thinking ready to move is better, less risk. What's your take on builder trust in Noida?
I'm torn. Parsvnath Residency is ready to move, but Ivory County promises bigger appreciation. Is the under-construction risk worth it for potentially higher ROI? From my experience, OC delays are common. Has anyone compared carpet area efficiency? Honestly not sure which to choose. Thoughts?
Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, thinking of upgrading. Parsvnath Residency and Novel Homes are both ready to move, which is a big plus. The price difference is HUGE though! Is Parsvnath's location really worth almost double the price per sqft? Novel Homes is cheaper, but I'm worried about resale value later. Also, are the amenities actually usable, or just for show? Anyone have experience living in either? Need some real opinions, not just marketing stuff.
Parsvnath Residency and Jaypee Knights Court, both ready to move. Location wise, which one has better connectivity? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about resale value? I'm considering both, but not sure which is a better investment. Mujhe advice chahiye!
Parsvnath Residency ready-to-move hai, but Max Estate 128 II upcoming. Location wise, kaunsa better hai Noida mein? Investment ke liye, which one would be a better ROI? Kya kisi ko Max Estate ka idea hai?
