Guys, Parsvnath Srishti toh 2006 ka project hai. Itna purana project lena wise hoga kya? I'm worried about maintenance costs and resale value later on. The price range of ₹2.8 Cr – ₹4.5 Cr still feels a lot for something so old. Is Maxblis White House a safer bet for ROI?
