Parx Laureate

Guys, I'm confused between Parx Laureate and Presidency Presithum in Noida. Both are ready-to-move. Parx is pricier, but is it worth it? Kya kisi ne Parx mein invest kiya hai? What's the construction quality like compared to Presithum? Also, connectivity wise, which one is better for daily commute? I heard Presithum has better amenities. Mujhe advice chahiye. What do you think? Help me decide, please!
