Paryavaran Complex: My 3-month reality check

Okay I'll say what no one says about Paryavaran Complex. Everyone glorifies the South Delhi address, but daily life yahan pe is a struggle. Just moved in teen mahine pehle, and the traffic near Saket side is a proper nightmare. Parking toh bhool jao, it's a daily battle after 7 PM. Honestly, water supply bhi irregular hai. Property prices yahan ke are sky high, I'm genuinely questioning if it's worth it given these civic issues. Change my mind.
