Been looking for 8 months. I'm based in Dubai. For Amrapali Zodiac, I'm checking past project RERA complaints on material quality. Does this reliably predict current construction standards?

Bhai, Amrapali? RERA complaints toh inke history mein bhare pade hain. Predicting future quality from past RERA complaints is not just reliable, it's essential! Especially for builders like them. I wonder if there are other practical ways to check quality for a completed project like Zodiac?

Sahi kaha, yaar. My cousin booked in Alpha I Greater Noida with a builder who had similar issues, and the final product was sub-par. Paint peeling, plumbing leaks... it's a nightmare. R
