85 lakh for Pataudi? Bhai, that's almost what you'd pay near Badshahpur or even further down Airport Road for something decent! Pataudi is still quite far out from central Gurugram. Investment potential toh tabhi hai jab proper infrastructure aur commercial development aaye. Abhi toh seems high for appreciation in 3-5 years.
