₹75 lakh for a decent 2BHK in Sector 150 feels like a lot. I'm so fed up of renting, landlord ne fir rent badha diya. Thinking of finally taking the plunge in Greater Noida. Is this the right time to buy, ya market peaked out hai? Noida Extension mein bhi options dekhe hain, but Jewar Airport ka impact kitna hoga? EMI vs rent ka math bana nahi paa raha. Should I wait more, ya abhi le lena chahiye? Any advice on builders like Godrej or ATS in terms of possession timeline? Kya kisi ko lagta hai Greater Noida mein ROI abhi bhi achha hai?
