I made a mistake going for under construction earlier. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 156. Thinking of upgrading but confused. Capital Infra Noida has ready-to-move options. Is the extra cost justified or should I risk another under construction? Already have a home loan, so EMI matters. What does the community think?
