Paying premium for amenities that don't exist?

₹1.8 crore for my 3BHK at Prestige City, and I just moved in last month. Possession ke time kaafi surprises the. Amenities list mein jo promised tha, like the big clubhouse and some sports facilities, woh abhi bhi fully operational nahi hain. Yaar, Keya Life By The Lake mein koi rehta hai? Unka experience kaisa hai with amenities and post-possession maintenance? Feels like we are paying a lot for things not fully delivered yet. Am I the only one facing this in Bengaluru?
