Since January I'm checking 3BHKs in New Chandigarh, especially Ansal API. Payment plans confuse me. CLP vs down payment for an investor? Which one gives better leverage for negotiation or future profits? Kya strategy sahi hai?

Bhai, Ansal API ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai New Chandigarh mein. Payment plans toh theek hain, but possession ka kya? I've heard so many stories about delays, especially with CLP where you keep paying and the project just doesn't finish. As a first-time buyer, it feels super risky.
Ansal ka RERA compliance record kaisa hai overall?
Sahi kaha aapne. Mere cousin ne Ansal Sushant City mein liya tha, aaj tak possession nahi mila hai. Sirf dates extend hoti rehti hain, aur unka paisa block ho gaya. Builder ki reputation bahut matter karti hai, especially for such a big investment.
