₹12 crore for a 4BHK in Pearls Gateway Towers, Noida — I'm in a 2BHK in Sector 78, thinking of upgrading. Site visit kiya, but floor plan dekh ke laga carpet area efficient nahi for the premium. Is the price jump worth it for daily living? Total cost, especially maintenance, kitna aata hai? Already have a home loan, so har paisa counts.

Yaar, ye Pearls Gateway Towers ka 4BHK 12 crore mein... carpet area dekh ke laga efficient nahi hai. Mera budget tight hai, 2BHK se upgrade kar raha hoon. Is the price jump worth it for daily living? Maintenance bhi kitna hoga? Already have a home loan, so har paisa counts.
