Pearls Gateway Towers ka appreciation…

Two years ago I thought Pearls Gateway Towers was a smart investment, finally fed up of renting. Pre-launch price sunke laga ROI accha milega, but the total cost after all those PLC, IFMS, and other hidden charges really shot up. Ab lagta hai capital appreciation jitni expected thi, utni nahi mili. Market mein jab price per sqft compare karta hoon, toh it feels overvalued. Matlab, agar main 3-5 saal mein bechna chahta hoon, toh kya real buyers milenge is current market price pe? Or bas paper pe hi price badha hai? Builder ne jo initial appreciation projections diye the, woh toh bilkul match nahi kar rahe. Koi batao, actual price trend kya hai yahaan ka? Should I hold?

Bhai, you're not alone! Pearls Gateway Towers ka naam sunke bahut logon ne jump kiya tha. Mujhe bhi laga tha Noida mein accha option hai, but after seeing the actual prices, it felt like a trap. Especially with all those hidden charges you mentioned, my budget went haywire. Ab toh lagta hai bas paper pe hi appreciation dikhti hai.

Exactly! Builders ki marketing toh aise hoti hai jaise gold mine mil gaya ho. But reality is always different.
