Okay I'll say what no one says... Pearls Gateway Towers ki current prices, are they really giving a decent rental yield? I'm fed up of renting, want solid equity. Is anyone actually getting good monthly rent from their unit yahaan? Or is it all just capital appreciation ka wait? Disagree? Tell me why.

Yeh toh pure investor ka game hai, jisko capital appreciation mein faith hai. Hum jaise first-time buyers ke liye yeh ROI model bilkul realistic nahi hai. Noida ka current rental market bhi itna strong nahi hai ki itni high value property pe 3-4% se zyada yield mil jaye.
Location toh theek hai, but competition bhi bahut hai. Naye projects bhi aa rahe hain. Rental market mein options bahut hain ab.
