Pearls Gateway Towers: Maintenance charges ka jhol, seriously?

Pearls Gateway Towers mein buying process toh ho gaya, but ab maintenance charges dekh ke I'm genuinely shocked, yaar. I work in real estate, I know the game, but yeh toh next level hai. They promised a certain level of amenities and service, but yahan toh bilkul alag scene hai. Clubhouse mein half-baked facilities hain, security guards ka quality bhi average hai, matlab itna high charge kis baat ka? Mera 3BHK hai, aur monthly bill dekh ke lagta hai ki they're just fleecing residents. Power backup bhi full flat nahi milta. Is it just me or others are facing this too? RWA ne kuch kiya hai kya ispe?
