Pearls Gateway Towers – site visit kiya last month. I'm upgrading from a 2BHK in Sector 78, already have a home loan. Brochure mein sab perfect lagta hai, but post-possession kya reality hai? Friends tell me about seepage, bad fittings after a year, ya small cracks. Is the premium worth it if you get these snag-list headaches? Maintenance charges are high, but service quality matches? Want a home, not just an investment.
