2.5 years of renting, I'm done. Landlord raised rent again. Finally taking the plunge to buy in Noida. Considering Pearls Gateway Towers. What's the parking situation there? Is it lottery-based or reserved? And how are the security systems in practice? Reliable, or just for show?

Dekho bhai, Pearls Gateway is a very old project, possession was 2008. While RERA number UPRERAPRJ773536 is there, for completed projects, RERA ka scope limited ho jaata hai. You need to verify the structural integrity, plumbing, and electricals thoroughly. Older projects often have higher maintenance charges and unexpected repair costs. Plus, current market conditions in Noida are seeing a lot of new inventory with modern amenities. Don't get swayed just by the location, check the actual condition. Ajayabpur ya Alistonia Estate mein naye options dekh lo maybe.
Parking in Pearls Gateway is reserved, not lottery. But each unit usually gets only one designated spot. If you have two cars, you'll struggle, ya toh pay extra for a second. Security-wise, systems are there, but being an older project, sometimes the CCTV feed quality isn't great, and the guards are mostly contract-based, not society-hired.
Yes, exactly what U3 said. Parking is usually fixed, but if you need extra, it's a headache. And for security, the equipment might be old. Meri ek friend rehti hai wahan, she says they've had issues with intercoms and sometimes main gate security being lax, especially late at night. You'll need to check the exact systems they have.
So the security cameras are not that reliable then? Modern tech toh nahi hoga wahan?
Pearls Gateway Towers? Dude, ₹5.9 Cr to ₹14.6 Cr for a first-time buyer in a project from 2008? Are you sure about the price range, bhai? That's super steep, especially for a building that's already 15+ years old. Maintenance costs must be insane for that kind of property.
