Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this Bangalore real estate scene is, especially being based in Dubai. I'm looking at a 2BHK, around ₹1.2 Cr, maybe Sarjapur Road ya Kanakapura Road. Builders like Prestige, Sobha projects dikh rahe hain. My main question is about Namma Metro Phase 3 and Peripheral Ring Road. Kitna real impact hoga in projects ka? Matlab, will prices in Konanakunte really jump post-completion? Ya just builder marketing? Also, these infrastructure projects, unka timeline kitna realistic hai? Delays toh common hain na? Any advice on affordable spots before the surge hits?

Honestly, most of this PRR hype is just builders trying to push inventory in far-flung areas. Konanakunte mein already prices high hain, kitna aur jump hoga after Metro Phase 3? Metro will help, yes, but the appreciation won't be some magical overnight
Totally get your confusion, bhai. Bangalore RE is a maze, especially with all these infra project announcements. PRR aur Metro ka hype toh next level hai, it's hard to filter out the real from the sales pitch.
