Phase 2 safety is a major concern, overhyped?

Phase 2 mein investment soch raha hu, I'm based in Dubai. Safety and security are my main concern, especially for my parents. Raat ko kaisa rehta hai? Heard some stories. Metro connectivity is good, but is it worth the risk? Need honest opinions before investing.
