Phi III's hidden costs are a complete ripoff, seriously.
Did anyone else get hit with unexpected charges after moving into Phi III last month? I just got possession of my 3BHK, paid around ₹90L for a Godrej project, and thought I had everything covered. But now there are these 'IFMS' and 'corpus fund' demands that weren't clearly itemized during booking. My builder didn't make these super clear. It feels like a significant chunk of money on top of the already high property prices here in Noida Extension. Are these standard for Phi III, or did I miss something crucial in the fine print? I'm wondering if the prices are really justified after all these extras. Any tips on negotiating these, or is it just something we have to swallow as new residents?
