Phi IV Greater Noida — just moved in last month and honestly, the final bill from UTC Constructions was a shocker. They added so many charges post-possession, things nobody told me about upfront. Maintenance, club membership, even some bizarre 'utility setup fee' that added almost ₹1.5L. Did anyone else face this with their new flat here? What did you do?
