PI Greater Noida: Infrastructure lags behind expectations

₹78 lakh for my 2BHK in PI Greater Noida felt like a stretch, but I moved in 3 months ago hoping for the best. Commute to Sector 137 for work is manageable, but the last-mile from Knowledge Park V metro is a daily struggle. Auto wallahs fleece you. I'm torn between thinking the Aqua Line extension will eventually sort this out or if it's just a permanent headache. Also, the local markets are still developing, not much variety. Should I expect these things to improve significantly with the upcoming Jewar Airport and other infra, or is this pretty much the daily reality here? What are your thoughts on PI Greater Noida's future livability?
