Why are maintenance charges in Pilkhuwa so high, and what exactly are they covering? Just got the final breakdown for my 2BHK and honestly, the RWA charges feel like a scam. They keep adding these 'miscellaneous' fees. My parents keep saying it's normal, but it's way more than what was discussed earlier.
