Pisoli investment: real negotiation & hidden cost experiences?
Since last year, I'm watching Pisoli for investment. Sai Proviso Homes mein 2BHK dekh raha hoon, around 70L. Builder se price negotiation kitna realistic hai Pune mein? Log bolte hain 5% tak ho jaata hai, but I'm not sure. Hidden charges like PLC ya OC ke time pe kya surprise karte hain? What's your experience with actual final costs?
