Pitrachaya Dev: Promised delivery, zero communication.

₹2 lakh already paid in EMIs for a flat not delivered. Honestly fed up of renting, thought Pitrachaya Dev Luxury Floors in Sector 80 would be my first home. Promised possession was Q4 2023. Abhi tak kuch pata nahi, no OC, no handover date for my 3BHK. Builder ka customer support toh zero hai. Calls pe calls, emails pe emails, koi response nahi. Lagta hai they just go silent when there's a delay. Mera EMI chal raha hai but flat ka kuch certainty nahi. Kya Pitrachaya Buildwell ka delivery track record hamesha aisa hi hai Gurgaon mein? Anyone else facing this with their projects? How did you get them to respond ya what action did you take? This is just frustrating.
