Piyush Blossom Valley possession delays are unacceptable
Been waiting for my Piyush Group Blossom Valley flat for ages now. The possession date they promised has passed months ago, aur ab tak OC ka koi update nahi hai. Amenities brochure mein jo dikhaye the, unka kya scene hai? Kids' play area aur clubhouse ready bhi hain ya bas paper pe? It's so frustrating yaar, my parents keep saying initial delays are normal but this feels different. Kisi aur ko bhi ye issue hua hai? Kya karein ab?

Yeah, refund is usually a trap. They make it so difficult and penalise you so much that you'd rather wait. Plus, with current property rates in Ghaziabad, that 2014 money won't buy you anything similar now.
My friend tried. They offered him like 60% back after a 3-year fight. It's not a refund, it's a robbery. Better to fight for possession or full compensation.
This is exactly why I'm so scared to book anything pre-construction. My parents keep saying 'early bird discount milta hai' but what's the point if you never get the flat? Builders like these ruin the trust in the entire real estate sector.
The original possession date was 2014-12-01. That's almost a decade! Is the project even registered with RERA? You should check their RERA registration status and the revised possession date mentioned there, if any. That's the only official thing you can hold them accountable for.
Null status? That's even worse! It means they haven't updated it or it's stuck. What about the price range? Is it still ₹74 L – ₹95 L for a flat that isn't even ready? Current market mein toh log ready-to-move prefer karte hain.
Good point. I checked, it's registered as UPRERAPRJ3586. But last I saw, the status is 'null' on the RERA website. No revised date, just nothing. It's like they've gone off the grid.
Dude, Piyush Group ka track record hi aisa hai. My uncle booked with them almost 10 years ago, tab bhi same problem. They promise the moon and deliver nothing. I was considering them for a 2BHK around the 75L range but after hearing this, no way.

Haan bhai, same issue. My agent told me 2014-end was the deadline. Ab toh bas calls pe calls karte raho, koi response nahi. I invested almost 80L, this is my life's savings. Kya karein, consumer forum mein jaana padega kya?
Oh my god, finally someone said it! I thought it was just me. My booking was for a flat in Achchheja and the original possession date was December 2014. It's almost 2024 now. This isn't a delay, it's a complete abandonment lag raha hai.
