Honestly, I'm finding this New Delhi real estate market a total maze, especially being so far away. I'm based in Dubai, so can't do a site visit easily and rely on community insights. Looking at Planner Metro View Floors (Ready to Move), the price range (₹28.58 L–₹1.12 Cr) seems okay. But what's the actual rental yield expectation wahan? Brokers are giving crazy high numbers, but I need ground reality. Kitna mil jaata hai 1BHK ya 2BHK ka kiraya? Also, since it's ready-to-move, is there a decent resale market already? Ya phir investors hi zyada hain? I don't want to get stuck later. Legal clarity is huge for me, iska RERA status bilkul clear hai? Koi hidden issues toh nahi hain with the builder ya OC? Any real experiences would be super helpful.
