Planner Premium Homes layouts are genuinely more efficient
Did a site visit to DPB Blue Sky Residency and Planner Premium Homes last Saturday. Both are completed projects in New Delhi, which I always prefer over UC. Honestly, the carpet area efficiency in Planner Premium Homes felt way better. DPB Blue Sky's floor plans seemed to waste a lot of space for the price they're asking, even though the brochure sqft was comparable. I'm trying to calculate the true total cost of ownership, including stamp duty, interiors, and maintenance. Planner Premium has a higher entry, but maybe its smart layouts mean less wasted money on unused space. What are your thoughts on which one offers better long-term value, especially regarding floor plan utility?

But bhai, Planner Premium ka entry price sunke hi darr lag gaya tha. How much higher are we talking compared to DP
Yaar, totally agree with you on Planner Premium! I also visited their site last month near Alaknanda, and the way they've utilized space is just brilliant. DPB Blue Sky ke flats dekh ke laga ki bas walls khadi kar di hain, functionality ka dhyan nahi rakha. For first-time buyers like us, every square foot matters.
