My main concern is the under-construction risk. Builder ka delivery track record kaisa hai? Delays affect returns badly. Also, exit strategy important hai. Totally relate to this dilemma! Platinum East Woods ka naam sunke accha lagta hai, but builder ka track record sach mein tension deta hai. Especially with such a big investment. Capital appreciation is key for us first-time buyers too, not just investors.
