PLC and floor rise are just builder profit.

Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices. I'm upgrading from my 2BHK in Gachibowli, looking at Salarpuria Sattva in Tellapur. The 3BHKs look good, but yaar, these PLC and floor-rise charges feel arbitrary. Is it worth paying lakhs extra just for a higher floor ya specific view? What's the real value? Community, your thoughts?

Totally agree with you, bhai! PLC and floor rise are just money-making tactics. I'm looking in Alwal and the builders there are doing the exact same thing. It's like they've all formed a cartel. Why should I pay extra for a floor that costs them the same to build?
