PLC and floor rise are just extra builder profit.

₹70k rent annually, fed up. Finally buying my own 2BHK near Khadki. Metro Realty ka project dekha, quoted ₹85L. But PLC aur floor rise alag se add ho rahe hain. Is paying extra for higher floors worth it? Pune mein all-in cost kitna expect karu, with stamp duty, parking? Kya hidden charges bhi hote hain?
