Log bolte hain plot mein appreciation zyada hota hai, but flat ready-to-move mil jata hai. Balaji Group ya Aastha Group ke projects dekhe hain. Kya Rajkot International Airport aur AIIMS ka impact plots par zyada hoga? Ya flats near Mota Mava better hain for rental yield? Honestly, not sure kaunsa option best hai long-term ke liye. Kya koi experienced banda bata sakta hai plot mein liquidity kaisi rehti hai? Ya flat mein rental yield kitna expect karein, around 2-4% jo advertise karte hain, kya woh real hai?

U1, Kalawad Road pe plots ke rates 15-20k/sq yard chal rahe hain, especially near posh areas. Flats 3000-4000/sq ft. Airport aur AIIMS ke paas plots ka rate toh rocket ho gaya hai
