Kya under-construction risk worth it hai for better appreciation ya Wave City plots ka total cost of ownership better nikalega? Log kya sochte hain ispe?

Aur first-time buyers ke liye itna lamba wait, interest bhi jaayega aur rent bhi. Practical toh bilkul nahi hai, aur guarantee toh koi builder nahi deta. Totally agree with this! Under-construction is a nightmare. Mera cousin ka flat 3 saal late mila hai, aur upar se finishing bhi kharab. Plots are the way to go, no doubt.
