My focus is on long-term investment, possibly for future rental income, but I'm genuinely confused about plots versus flats in this specific sector. Is buying a plot in Sector 24C a more secure, less complex option compared to a 2BHK or 3BHK flat, especially considering the area's development history? Legal clarity is paramount for an NRI investor like me, as I can't manage issues remotely. Kya yahan koi specific legal complexities ya land disputes hain jo mujhe pata hone chahiye? Also, what about property management for rentals here?
