Did anyone check PMRDA's zonal development plans for areas like Hinjewadi or NIBM Road? Found out they highlight future school zones near proposed Ring Road exits. Crucial for my kids' admission for a 3BHK.

Bhai, school zones are great, but have you seen the property prices in Hinjewadi? My budget for a 3BHK is tight, and I feel developers just use these 'future plans' to inflate rates. Is it really worth paying a premium for something that might come up 5-10 years later?

Totally valid point. I almost booked a flat in Akurdi last year based on similar promises about a new metro line and a school. The prices were already up, and now the metro work is delayed, and the school? No sign of it. My agent said 'premium location' but it was just hype. Always verify ground reality, don't just rely on pretty brochures.
Totally agree! I was just looking at properties near NIBM Road for a 2BHK, and this school zone info is a game changer. My biggest worry is my daughter's schooling, and if PMRDA is planning this, it gives a lot of confidence for long-term value. Is this official or just a proposal at this stage? Need to check their actual documents.

Haan, official hi hai. I checked the PMRDA website and their development plan maps show these proposed zones clearly. But remember, 'proposed' can take ages to materialize in India. Don't base your entire decision solely on it.
