Just got possession of my 3BHK in Pocket 8 last month, and honestly, things are a bit different than I expected. The price I paid, around ₹2.1Cr, felt steep even knowing Delhi prices are up, especially for a 3BHK here. I mean, it's a decent area, with some good green cover nearby which is nice for evening walks. But sometimes I wonder if the property prices are truly justified. The broker kept saying "limited supply" and "South Delhi premium," but the daily reality feels... just okay, not amazing. Safety feels fine, though I haven't been out super late. Anyone else in Pocket 8 feel the prices are a bit overinflated compared to the amenities or overall vibe? Should I have negotiated harder?
