Pocket K mein payment plan negotiation possible hai?

Visited a couple of projects in Pocket K last weekend, including one by KS Builders. They're pushing a CLP but I'm wondering if a down payment scheme might be better for an investor like me. Kya payment plan mein bhi negotiation ho sakta hai? Yaar, total cost of acquisition minimize karna hai. Koi advice?

Haan bhai, negotiation toh hamesha try karna chahiye. Especially for a big purchase like a home. Maine bhi suna hai Pocket K mein builders thoda flexible hote hain, especially if you push for a quick closure. But KS Builders ka track record kaisa hai, pata nahi.

U1, sahi keh rahe ho! Maine bhi suna hai quick closure pe they give discounts. But KS Builders ka toh pata nahi, unke baare mein sunke thoda darr lag raha hai.
