Since last year, I'm looking at upcoming projects like POF The Avant. ₹30-55L range dikha rahe hain, but as someone in real estate, I know base price is never the final. What's the *real* total cost of ownership after PLC, fit-outs, and all? Plus, under-construction gamble ka risk. Worth it hai kya? Is the advertised price ever real for upcoming Delhi projects? Change my mind.
