Totally agree with this post! As a first-time buyer, I'm constantly worried about these hidden costs. Everyone talks about EMI and property appreciation, but who accounts for fixing constant seepage or replacing cheap fittings every year? My uncle bought a flat in Krishna Kunj years ago, and he regrets not checking the plumbing quality properly. It's a never-ending money pit now. Ansal Aastha Mig Zone sounds like a nightmare if it's already like this after 2022 possession.
