Poor construction quality is the biggest scam in Greater Noida.

₹1.2 crore for a 3BHK in Panchsheel Pratistha, and I'm already seeing cracks after 2 years. I work in real estate, but buying for myself, the quality feels so inconsistent. Does anyone else think construction quality is just getting worse? How does this affect resale value and tenant attraction? And are maintenance charges even justified when basic structural issues pop up so fast?
