Poor construction quality kills long-term value

Honestly, I underestimated construction quality's long-term impact. I'm in a 2BHK, planning a 3BHK upgrade. For Sobha Crescent type projects, does initial quality really affect resale value ya tenant attraction? Aur, kya promised amenities vs delivered mein gap se maintenance charges skyrocket karte hain?

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! This is my biggest fear as a first-time buyer. Builders show such fancy brochures, but real quality ka pata toh 2-3 saal baad hi chalta hai. And by then, you're stuck. So important to think about resale from day one.
