Visited SGP Antalya Heights Block G last weekend. Construction quality is my biggest worry for investment. How much do early issues like seepage or bad fittings actually hit resale value later? Also, do higher maintenance charges usually mean better build quality, or just better common area upkeep? Not sure if paying more upfront is worth it if the base quality isn't there.
