₹1.5 crore for Prestige City, yet the snag-list issues are already a headache. Builder ka initial construction quality directly hits long-term maintenance costs and tenant attraction. My experience says they often cut corners on finishing. Are these elaborate amenities like clubhouses just for show? For investors, I doubt they add real ROI, just higher EMIs. Change my mind.
