Let's Make Home Buildtech delayed possession by 6 months *again*. Paid 95% already. Should I take legal action now? Anyone else in Sector 50 facing this? I'm honestly not sure how to proceed.

Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake! I thought swimming pool will be ready and its nowhere close.
Before going legal, try sending a legal notice through a lawyer. It's cheaper than filing a case and sometimes it works.
Remember to document everything - all communication with the builder, payment receipts, etc. It will be helpful if you do decide to take legal action.
Ultimately, it boils down to how much patience you have and how much you believe in the project's potential. If you can wait, rates might go up further. But if you need the money now, selling might be the better option.
Legal action is a long process. Are you prepared for that? It can take years.
I'm also facing possession delays in Sector 150. It's so frustrating! These builders promise the moon and deliver nothing.
Possession status kya hai according to RERA? Check their website, they are supposed to update it regularly.
Thanks everyone for the advice. I'll check the RERA status and consult a lawyer. Will keep you updated.
Also, try posting on social media. Sometimes public shaming works!
Honestly, I'd get a lawyer involved. They can review your agreement and advise you on the best course of action. It's worth the investment.
Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago. Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. I ended up selling at a loss just to get out.
Anyone know what's the current market rate in Sector 50? Is it even worth pursuing if I can just sell and move on?
Depends on the specific project and location within Sector 50. But generally, rates have gone up in the last year due to the Noida-Greater Noida Metro extension.
Haan, rates are up, but so are construction costs. That's probably why they're delaying.
Be careful - this builder has 3 delayed projects in Noida. Check their RERA registration number online and see the status of their other projects.
95% payment? That's risky. Always keep some back for final possession. Now you're in a weak position for negotiation.
Don't just jump to legal action immediately. Try talking to them first, get it in writing. Then RERA.
I bought in Sector 75 with a different builder, and they delayed by almost a year. It's a Noida thing, unfortunately.
Which tower are you in? Maybe we can form a group and fight this together. Sector 50 mein Home Buildtech ka naam toh kharab hai.
Check the builder-buyer agreement carefully. What does it say about delays and penalties?

Bhai, Sector 50 mein toh yahi haal hai. Legal action lena banta hai. 6 months is too much!
Exactly! They're taking us for granted. RERA mein complaint file karo.
