Possession delayed for 2 years! What to do?

24 months late for possession in Hans Group project, Sector 128. Seriously pissed off! They keep saying 'OC mil jayega, mil jayega'. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, yaar. I know what builders don't tell you. EMA bhi start ho gaya hai! Paying rent and EMI both. Total waste of money. Is it worth fighting this in court? Or should I just try to sell it off at a loss? Anyone else facing similar issues with Hans Group? What did you guys do? Kya legal route sahi rahega? Honestly not sure how much more I can take. Help!
