Possession delays are the norm in Noida, right?

Honestly, I'm fed up. JMD Property Bazaar promised possession in 2024, but abhi tak kuch nahi hua. I work in real estate, I know builders don't tell you everything, but this is ridiculous. Sector 76 mein itna delay? Should I just sell on resale? Or wait it out? Kitna hold karna chahiye for maximum gain? Anyone else facing this? What did you do?
