Is it really that complicated for NRIs to buy property here without being physically present? I just got possession of my 2BHK in Sector 65 from Godrej last month, and honestly, even being here, the process was a maze. Now my cousin, who’s an NRI, wants to invest in a 3BHK, maybe around Golf Course Extension Road or even near the upcoming Global City on Dwarka Expressway. He's eyeing projects by M3M or Sobha, budget around ₹2.5-3 Cr. He won't be able to visit often. What's the actual ground reality for managing the purchase and then rental, especially if he's not physically here? Are the advertised rental yields around 3-4% even achievable for a 3BHK in those areas? Any first-hand experiences on this?

Same situation yaar! Mera bhi cousin UK mein hai aur soch raha hai invest karne ka. He was looking at M3M projects near Golf Course Extension. But the whole 'not being there' part is super scary. How do people even manage the documentation and then the tenants?
Bhai, NRI investment toh headache hi hai. Mera ek dost phasa hua hai. Rental yield toh bhool hi jao, 3% bhi mushkil hai Gurugram mein ab.
