Possession for Ireo Group in Sector 15 — hidden costs are wild
Just got possession for my Ireo Group apartment in Sector 15. Honestly, the final costs are way higher than what I'd budgeted for as a first-time buyer. I thought I had covered stamp duty and registration, but then there's this whole unexpected list of other charges. Club membership fees, multiple years of maintenance advances, electricity connection charges, 'IFMS' and obscure 'PLC' adjustments... it just keeps adding up suddenly. My parents kept saying to keep 15-20% extra, but this feels closer to 30% on top of the property price. Not sure how builders can be so vague about these things until the very end. Is this normal for Gurgaon projects? Did anyone else face similar hidden costs, especially with Ireo Group? What did you do to manage these sudden, massive expenses?
